Roger E. Mosley (Magnum, P.I.) stars as blues singer Huddie Ledbetter (“Leadbelly”) in this remarkable biopic.

Directed by Gordon Parks (the first African American to direct a major Hollywood movie, The Learning Tree), Leadbelly follows the true story of how a convict on Texas and Louisiana chain gangs used music as a release. Struggle, perseverance, and music take us on a journey through murder, prejudice, pain and relief.

Never before released on disc, Leadbelly makes its physical media debut in this Limited Edition Blu-ray.
