Return Policy
Atomic Movie Store has a 30-day return policy. You have 30-days after you receive your item to request a return. We must have your Atomic Movie Store order number to begin the return process. Do not send a product back without first contacting us, as the package will be refused. Please read further about return eligibility.
OPENED PRODUCT
Atomic Movie Store will not accept returns or provide a refund for opened home video product.
PRODUCT DAMAGED BY CARRIER
Please contact us within 48-hours of receiving a damaged product due to carrier delivery issue so we can report it to our Shopify Insurance vendor. The Insurance vendor will request that you send us photos of the damage to the shipping box and the product. Your photos must provide a clear picture of the damage to the shipping box and the product in order for the insurance to validate the claim. Please note that damage can occur when a box has pressure applied due to a heavier item placed on top. This will appear as box stress. Please make sure that signs of box stress are visible in the picture if this occurs. Once damage has been validated a claim will be started. The insurance company might also request the customer to fill out an online affidavit attesting to the damage. Typical turnaround time for a claim is 1 to 7 business days. If your claim is approved, a refund or replacement can be provided if the product is available.
DEFECTIVE DISC
If a disc that you purchased from us is defective due to a playback issue you must get return authorization by emailing owner@atomicmoviestore.com. If the playback issue is not related to a replacement program issue, we can provide a return label. Before providing a return label, you must let us know the chapter (scene number) and/or time the defect occurs and what defect you are experiencing in your email. Please make sure your player firmware is up to date and that you are not experiencing the same issues with other discs due to the player needing to be serviced. If your return is accepted, we will either be able to provide a return exchange for the same product or return refund. We will provide you with instructions if an exchange is possible. If we are unable to provide you with an exchange and you would like a refund, you must send the disc(s), slipcover (if applicable), and all the packaging contents (including unused digital codes when applicable) to us in a box with bubble wrap before a refund can be processed. When shipping the disc or product back to us, you must use a box and bubble wrap, preferably the box and bubble wrap that you received the item in. Product damaged in transit will be refused and will go back to the sender. DO NOT CLAIM AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE THAT IS NOT DEFECTIVE. Items sent back as defective but are not will have a 15% restock fee applied and we will recover our return shipping costs from your refund for the return label issued to you for your return.
UNOPENED ITEMS
If you choose to return a new item, it must be sealed (when applicable) in its original packaging. Buyer must pay for return shipping. You also receive no reimbursement for shipping charges. The item must be shipped back in a box with bubble wrap protection. Preferably the same packaging we shipped the item to you. Damaged returns will not receive a refund and will be sent back.
REGION CODING
We will also not return or refund an opened home video product that you are unable to playback due to region coding. Our products clearly state region coding when applicable.
Product Packaging
We do NOT guarantee an item will have flawless packaging. Sometimes slipcovers, boxes, and other packaging might have imperfections. We do not provide exchanges for this type of return. We will accept a return for an unopened product, if you are not satisfied with the product package quality. The buyer must pay return shipping. We will provide a refund for the product, but no refund of shipping will be reimbursed. The item must be shipped back in a box with bubble wrap protection. Preferably the same packaging we shipped the item to you. Items damaged in transit will be refused and will be sent back to the sender.
Product Content
We are not responsible for insert cards, book(s), booklets, art cards, and any other collector's merchandise included with the product. A refund, exchange or any form of compensation will not be possible from us. You will need to contact the manufacture if you are not happy with the quality of the collector's merchandise they have produced for the product.
DISC REPLACEMENT PROGRAMS
Atomic Movie Store is not responsible for the way home video labels choose to release their home video products. We are not responsible for video and audio quality issues, hard subtitle movies, movies that have audio and video quality issues, etc. If you have a disc that has a video label quality control or manufacturing error, you must contact that video label for a replacement disc. We will not return any product in which the manufacture has offered to replace the disc for the customer through a replacement program. If the manufacture does provide us with replacement(s) we can offer them via our website for customers who have made a purchase from our store. However, the customer will have to pay shipping for the disc(s). Understand that we only carry the product for the video label and are not to blame for their product run errors.

Refunds
If you are approved, for a refund. You will receive an email. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will start to process back to your original method(s) of payment minus any applicable fees and deductions. Please realize that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. The typical refund time is 7 to 10 business days. Any questions regarding refunds, once processed by us, should be directed to your credit card company or bank.
Cancellation of orders: We reserve the right to cancel an order or items from an order. A notification of cancellation will be submitted to the customer by email.
Order cancelling is not offered through the account portal. If you must cancel an item, please email me at owner@atomicmoviestore.com. Please note that if you choose to cancel an item out of an order you will be responsible for paying shipping costs if you selected free shipping at checkout and your order drops below $50.00. There are also some special order and/or preorder items which we will not be able to cancel. Those will be noted with the individual product.
