Dr. Stephen Sorensen (Dana Andrews, The Satan Bug) and his wife and fellow scientist Dr. Maggie Sorensen (Janette Scott, The Day of the Triffids) plan to utilize the geothermal energy of the Earth’s interior by detonating a powerful thermonuclear device deep within the Earth’s core. Despite warnings from Maggie’s ex-flame Dr. Ted Rampion (Kieron Moore, Arabesque), Dr. Sorensen proceeds with the experiment after he secretly learns that he is terminally ill. This experiment uses a crack within the Earth's crust and threatens to split the Earth in two if it is not stopped in time! Heralding the boom of “disaster movies” in the 1970s like Airport and Earthquake, this rippingly entertaining ’60s sci-fi adventure will shake you to the very core!

All items ordered together will ship together when everything is in stock. Please place separate orders if you wish to have your items shipped sooner. Please note that a titles release date change will delay the shipment of your order. We can cancel items out of orders to expedite your shipment as needed. However, we are unable to add items to your order.

Domestic preorders will usually ship before or around release date. Import preorders can take a week to three weeks after release date before they are available to ship to you.

All product release dates, features, and artwork are subject to change. Slipcovers are no longer guaranteed on orders if I do not receive them.  I will email you if you wish to cancel the item out of your order.  This will not affect the shipment of your order.
